We have a growing caseload of adults and children looking for SLP services in home, community, school in Sudbury and surrounding communities.

Snapshot of the role:

Provide in-home, community-based SLP assessments
Deliver treatment plans for children and adults
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Complete documentation and reports
More as per College Guidelines and job description

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Registered and in good standing with CASLPO
A clear Police Vulnerable Persons Sector Check
Completed stage 1 TB Test
Hold a valid class “G” driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle.
Appropriate insurance coverage (2 Million liability)
Access to and ability to use printer/scanner and technology as necessary
Experience with pediatric/ adult populations or one or the other

This flexible role will work under the SLP Coordinator and the Owner, while working with other key team members such as the Finance Administrators and more.

$49.65 - $93.50 per hour
